About Jill 


In the fall of 2017, I left my full time job as an electrical engineer and started my journey to be a full time fitness instructor.  Fitness is my biggest passion, and I love helping people find new ways to move their body and feel great.

I've been active my whole life, and if I'm not busy with something, I'm not having fun!  As a child I was in gymnastics, dance and then thought  had found *my* activity when I started cheerleading in high school.  Although I loved cheerleading throughout university, it wasn't something I could be physically active in forever.  After my "retirement" from cheerleadering I found the wonderful world of teaching group fitness.

Since becoming an instructor in March of 2009, I've continued to grow and learn so much about fitness and health.  I feel so blessed to be able to help people reach their goals and be part of their success.
