About Jill 

 I'm a full time electrical engineer and a part time fitness instructor.  Fitness, crafting, and working to be a little gentler on the environment are the things I'm passionate about.

I've been active my whole life, and if I'm not busy with something, I'm not having fun!  As a child I was in gymnastics, dance and then thought I found what I was meant to do when I started cheerleading in high school.  Although I loved cheerleading throughout university, it wasn't something I could be physically active in forever.  After my "retirement" from being a cheerleader I found the wonderful world of being a group fitness instructor.

Since becoming an instructor in March of 2009, I've continued to grow and learn so much about fitness and health.  I feel so blessed to be able to help people reach their goals and be part of their success.
