Fall Schedule at a Glance!

After a wonderfully busy summer including a couple trips to Cameco Rabbit Lake Mine for work and out to Vancouver for my sister's wedding I'm ready to get back into the swing of things!

My classes for the fall look like this:

Thursday
World Gym Nelson Road (Month of September only)

Zumba®  -  8-9pm Nelson Road
Zumba® fitness is a fun, dance-inspired, total body workout that is so much fun you will forget that it's exercise! Combining dance moves with international rhythms, you'll have a blast while working up a sweat! Zumba® classes are a great way to relieve stress, get toned, strengthen your heart, and burn calories - all in one workout.  No dance experience is required - just follow my lead and take it one 
piece at a time!



Monday
Lakeview Community Association (Classes start Sept. 24th and run until December 3)
Muscle Scuplt - 7 - 8pm St. Bernard School
This one hour strength training program works all your major muscles in a fun and effective way with minimal equipment.  Learn proper technique for common movements such as squats and lunges to build strength and confidence.  This class is great for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.  Tone, sculpt, and see the  results!

Motion Fitness/World Gym Blairmore (Classes start in October!!)

Group Power - 5:30-6:30pm
Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!
